Ofcom (Ofice of Communications - Ofcom is the regulator for the UK communications industries) annouced that low power FM transmitters will be legal in the UK from December 8, 2006.

FM transmitters that meet these New Specifications will be legal

Zune Car Pack will be legal in the UK
